The Fridley Parks & Recreation Department offers year-round activities for all ages.  We invite you to join your neighbors who already actively participate in one of our programs.  One of the great benefits of participating in organized recreation activities is the social interaction -- not to mention the health and fitness benefits that many of our programs offer.

If joining an organized activity is not for you, then we encourage you to take a leisurely walk through one of our neighborhood parks, or on one of the many trails we have throughout the city.

In addition to youth and adult activities, we offer a wide-range of programs for our senior residents including wellness programs, services, instructional programs, and special events.
