Editor's Note: The following was submitted by Richfield resident Donna Connelly. STOP TREADING ON MY CONGRESSMAN, FOX NEWS by D.G. Connelly If anyone should be blamed for that contentious televised interview between Keith Ellison and Sean Hannity that aired last week (on Tuesday, Feb., 26th), it’s me -- Minnesota resident and voter in District #5. Blame me, not my Congressman. For the past five years, I’ve been phoning his office and complaining about that oxymoron that is Fox News. I’ve been leaving him messages like, “We ought to bring back the Fairness Doctrine.” And, “Somebody should do something about Fox News because it’s not a real news network. It’s just 24/7 Republican propaganda. “Well, now Rep. Ellison has done something: he has…

A local shows his support for Rep. Keith Ellison's re-election bid.
Dear Editor, The best campaign slogan this election year comes from Congressman Keith Ellison: EVERYBODY COUNTS, EVERYBODY MATTERS. That says it all, doesn’t it? It shows respect for his constituency—even for those people who didn’t vote for him. It also shows an awareness of his own voting on Capitol Hill. He understands how his legislative action can impact the lives of ALL Americans—not just Minnesotans, but everybody in this country. Keith Ellison is one of those rare politicians who actually believes in the American Dream. Regardless of color, creed, ethnicity, or ideology, he knows we’re all dreamers in this idealistic country together. He knows that his America is also my America, your America, our America. He really “gets it.” More…

It was hilarious! The socialist Keith Ellison showed that he can attack his :enemies" in the most vile manner possible. But he is too thin-skinned to answer a few hard-hitting questions from Sean Hannity. Minneapolis residents have every reasoned to be embarrassed by the childish display by Elllson. Even other Democrats laugh at Ellison, as he has been correctly voted as one of the least …   more ›
