Fridley residents or others have a chance to weigh in on the cleanup of the former Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP) on East River Road. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is announcing its fourth five-year review of the polluted Superfund site, to be completed October 20, 2013.
