That's according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, which says the project—"installing new fiber optic cable, cameras, and traffic signal controller cabinets along the corridor for improved signal timing and overall traffic management"—begins Monday and will last through early December. The agency recommends that drivers seeking real-time travel information visit the website 511mn.org or dial 5-1-1.
