Vice Presient Joe Biden and challenger Rep. Paul Ryan brought a lot to the table as they talked it out tonight in their vice presidential debate Thursday in Kentucky. You're right, ACE. Romney didn't interrupt, he simply tried to take back his own position. He was interrupted and did not allow Obama to walk all over him. Biden, yes, was rude and childish. More like a fool actually. I'd like to see him debate 2 people instead of 1 like Ryan had to as the moderator was also trying to take down Paul Ryan too.   more ›

Biden in Minneapolis: Romney, Allies Objected 'Like Squealing Pigs' to Wall St. Reforms

Economic disparities were front and center in Vice President Joe Biden's speech to about 1,500 people at a campaign rally in Minneapolis Tuesday. The Democrat questioned Republican Mitt Romney's boldness after his selection of U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) as Biden's counterpart on the Republican ticket. "What's gutsy about giving millionaires another tax break?" Biden asked, touting instead economic recovery built around a revived middle class. "When the middle class does well, everyone does well." He also praised health care reform—following an introduction by a Brooklyn Park father who credited it for his son's medical treatment—and attacked Republican's efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act. They all do the big fundraisers because Minnesota is generous. from MPRNEWS April 11, 2012: "Biden will hold the fundraiser at he Hilton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis.
