The athletes' wardrobe malpractice drew a complaint.
Fridley police received a complaint Sept. 29, 2011, about an ongoing problem involving two males who change clothes at Briardale Park before playing tennis. An officer found the two players, who said they work nearby and change clothes in their cars but do not remove their underwear. Friend suspects them of taking $25 too.
A caller told police that someone took $25 and a brand-new GPS unit from her house in the 500 block of 63rd Avenue NE. She said she suspected two male friends she had invited over, but she didn't have a phone number for either of them and didn't know where they live. It was at the entrance to Locke County Park.

A resident reported that she found a paperclip hanging on the doorknob of her apartment in the 7800 block of East River Road. The knob felt loose, and she had notified management.
