Fridley police cited a male on Nov. 29 for walking in front of a squad car that had a green light at University Avenue and Mississippi Street. The pedestrian said he was distracted by an attractive female he was looking at. In the course of ticketing him, police found there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest and took him to jail. Water flooded basement, causing felony damage.

The athletes' wardrobe malpractice drew a complaint.

She was walking with her young child.
A complainant told police she was walking with her young child toward the business complex at 250 57th Avenue NE when a vehicle drove past very closely and without regard to them.
