Fridley Man Struck and Killed on I-35W in Richfield

A Fridley man died Friday evening on I-35W when a car struck him as he was alongside his semi trailer truck checking a blown tire, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Hamed E. Nahi Alsaady, 51, was dead at the scene on the right shoulder of southbound I-35W at 66th Street S. in Richfield, an online State Patrol report said. A 1997 Dodge Stratus, driven by Joselyn L. Racine, 21, of St. Paul, drifted to the right, striking the semi and its driver, according to the report. Her injuries were minor. Sorry to hear of this horrible accident of Hameds. He was a great guy, great worker, & a great father who all he talked about was his family.
