Zantigo's Mexican-American restaurants used to sprawl all over the midwest, but survive only in the Twin Cities area, much to the dismay of millions in other states. Thankfully, there is one just off of University Avenue. Zantigo's is famous for the Chillito, which is chili and cheese wrapped in a hand-stretched burrito shell. Other popular items include chips and salsa and tacos.
