My wife went there, we were about 4 visits/appointments into it so I had not gone in yet personally. I can tell you this man has no "bed side manner" and acts as if he is the be all and end all in reproduction. His nurse hung up on me when I told her of how poor of care/service we received through them. They apparently can't handle the the truth in regards to the poor care they offer. My wife went in for one visit and was not told that it would be invasive, they claimed it was going to be a "picture" but nobody explained to her what that entailed. I was sent in for an analysis, after procuring the sample, the hospital I was sent to, to drop off the sample refused to take it on the basis that I didn't have an appointment, which we tried to secure the evening before and were told was unnecessary. We started our care under their services and were NOT notified of their soon to be impending move from Fridley to Woodbury. The lack of care/caution/communication from this group of people who claim to be in the medical profession is baffling to me. Note this is NOT because we are unhappy with any medical results they have provided us, which are none, seemed to be the care they did communicate with us did work. But this group of people really do not care about their patients.
