This facility, operated by the Metropolitan Council, collects liquid waste from haulers throughout the northern metropolitan area. From there, the waste travels by pipeline to a treatment plant in St. Paul. The facility is located in an industrial area at the dead-end of Hickory Street NE, just south of the Springbrook Naure Center.
