There are two entrances to this Anoka County Park: either north or south of Rice Creek, where it meets the Mississippi River. At the south end stands the 1847 Banfill Tavern, now the Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts. A path takes visitors down a high bluff to footbridges over the creek and a historically-styled picnic pavilion.
