Anoka County's Locke Park comprises nearly 100 acres on either side of Rice Creek between Highway 65 and University Avenue. A long entrance along railroad tracks and industrial property on 71st Avenue NE brings visitors to two large creekside picnic pavilions, restrooms and a playground. At the end of the road is a fenced dog park.
