Fridley Heights Cyclery started in Minneapolis in 1945 and moved to the new University Ave location in 1969. The family-owned business is now in its 3rd generation of management. Fridley Heights Cyclery is a full-service shop offering Schwinn, Raleigh, Haro, GT, Fuji, Diamondback, and many other popular brands. The shop is also adorned with meticulously restored vintage bikes, such as the Schwinn Paramount shown in the pictures. I purchased my bike from here last year. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. I've also brought it in for service twice, once they fixed a bent rim gratis (I'm a big boy) and the second time for a tune up. Both times the work was done quickly and for a reasonable price.
You cannot get service like this at a box store and when you're talking about a product like a bicycle service really counts.
