City Plaza Park

You don't have to go far from Fridley City Hall to find a park. City Plaza Park is just out the front door--a jumble of concrete outcroppings and evergreens that rises up for a view over busy University Avenue. Most summers, water cascades down the park's many levels, but 2010 was an exception. Budget cuts kept the plaza dry.
