FLIER: Fridley's Winterfest is Saturday at Commons Park

Hot off the press: What's going on at Fridley's midwinter community festival.

What do you like to do at Fridley's Winterfest? Here's the flier that lists all the activities, just released by the Fridley Park and Recreation Department.

Winterfest itself is 1–4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, at the and .

One event that is time-specific is the K-9 demonstration, 3:15–4 p.m. In other canine news, the popular dog sled rides will run the full three hours—provided the snow sticks around.

Earlier on Saturday, the Fridley Lions Club hosts a waffle breakfast from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. at the community center.  Cost is $7 per person (children younger than 5 are free).
