Totino-Grace senior Anthony Gullickson remains unbeaten in the 215-pound bracket, defeating Dawson-Boyd/La Qui Parle’s J.D. Struxness in the first round before beating Montgomery-Lonsdale’s Mario Arroyo in the quarterfinals. He will face Stewartville’s Mike Kellner in the state semifinals Saturday at 11:15 a.m.

The Eagles' three other wrestlers—Adam Seifert, Walker Thiele and Quinton Thiele—did not advance past Friday. All suffered first round losses, and both Walker and Quinton Thiele were eliminated when their first round opponent lost in the quarterfinals. Seifert lost to Simley’s Mack Short in the wrestleback bracket to end his state experience.
