Totino-Grace's Gullickson Finishes Second At State

’s Anthony Gullickson came within minutes of a state championship on Saturday at the Xcel Energy Center.

Gullickson went 3-0 to begin the Class AA state tournament in St. Paul, beating Stewartville’s Mike Kellner in the championship semifinals to earn a shot at a state title.

But in the finals, Gullickson ran into Scott West’s Michael Kroells and lost a 1-0 decision.

He finished the state tournament with a 3-1 record.
