Slideshow: Columbia Heights High School Fans Filled Stands for State Final

Target Center was packed with Hylanders Saturday for the big game.

It was a rollercoaster ride for the Columbia High School boys basketball fans who filled one side of Target Center Saturday for the Class AAA championship game against Orono.

They came alive whenever the team took the court or, in the second half, briefly took the lead. Hylanders shirts and jackets of various vintages were in every row, some dug out of closets, some purchased just before the game.

At halftime there were heartfelt reunions of old school friends, and spontaneous dance moves broke out among young and old, as the school spirit moved them.
