Long-Awaited Game for Totino-Grace Football Team Set This Thursday

It's a game many have wanted to see for months. 

Totino-Grace, the Class 5A champion in 2012 by a huge margin-going undefeated and trouncing teams along the way-will square off with perennial power Eden Prairie, the first-ever winner of the Class 6A championship last season. 

Toss in a matchup with Edina-the Hornets' only regular season loss was to Totino-Grace last year-and it will be a long march back to the Metrodome for the Eagles. 

Here's a look at the remaining games on Totino-Grace's schedule. Games are at 7 p.m., unless noted:

Thursday, Sept. 12 - Eden Prairie
Friday, Sept. 20 - at Park Center
Friday, Sept. 27 - Elk River
Friday, Oct. 4 - at Andover
Friday, Oct 11 - at Robbinsdale Armstrong
Wednesday, Oct. 16 - Osseo

The Section Playoffs will kickoff Tuesday, Oct. 22 and Thursday, Oct. 24. The state semifinals are Nov. 14 through 16 at Metrodome’s Mall of America Field for their final run there. The Prep Bowl is set for Nov. 29 and 30.
