Community members are welcome to join volunteers and staff at Nucleus Clinic for the annual Spring Wine, Salad and Chocolate Open House Thursday, April 24, 5 to 8 p.m., 1323 Coon Rapids Blvd., Coon Rapids.
The event will include a silent auction, door prizes, and complimentary chair massages by Health and Healing Family Chiropractic, from Andover, and Reiki care by Sydney Milam, emergency room and sexual assault nurse examiner with Mercy Hospital.
Founded in 1971, Nucleus Clinic is the only independent, nonprofit family planning and reproductive health clinic in Anoka County, and in a larger area from St. Cloud to St. Paul. The clinic serves approximately 1,000 uninsured or underinsured patients.
