What Time is the Debate?

Barack Obama and Mitt Romney be seated at a round table Monday night for a  more traditional debate compared to last week's townhall-style event where they paced, circled and slung rhetorical stones and arrows at the other.

The third and final presidential debate between Obama and Romney is set for 8 p.m. Central on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.

According to the Commission on Presidential Debates, "The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy."

Republican: The Romney campaign's debate watch party for the Twin Cities is  in Hudson, WI. It starts at 5 p.m. and will also include a phone banking session.

Democratic: The nearest Obama campaign debate watch parties to Fridley are in Minneapolis at the Riverview Theater, 3800 42nd Ave. S., 6:30–9:30 p.m., and Augsburg College, 720 22nd Ave. S., 7–9:30 p.m. There is also a party in Savage, 7–9:30 p.m.
