VIDEO: Woman Who Crashed Pickup into Bar ID'd as Fridley Resident
Christine Elise Spiritwolf drove into Gordie's Place in Little Canada, MN, authorities say.
It was a woman from Fridley behind the wheel of a pickup truck that crashed into a Little Canada bar Wednesday, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office.
Christine Elise Spiritwolf drove into Gordie's Place, injuring herself and five others, the sheriff's office said in a news release Thursday (see PDFs of that release and the first one issued Wednesday that includes still images).
A video camera inside the bar caught images of the devastation (see YouTube).

Among the new details from the sheriff's office Thursday:
- Spiritwolf is diabetic—although it's not clear if that has anything to do with the crash.
- The sheriff's office doesn't have the original video.
- The sheriff's office isn't yet releasing identities of the other injured persons.
