Meet Candidates for Spring Lake Park School Board Monday
Forum to be held at the district offices at 7:30 p.m.
In addition to voting on tax levies on Nov. 8, Fridley residents in the Spring Lake Park School District will also be voting to elect three school board members.
On Monday, the school district's community education department will host a forum to meet the candidates at 7:30 p.m. at the District Services Center, 1415 81st Ave. NE, Spring Lake Park.
Three at-large seats are up for election. The only incumbent is Colleen Vranish of Fridley. Gary Brisbin chose not to run again and Annette Winrick moved to Texas last summer. The others running for the open seats are Jim Amundson, Blaine; Bobbi George, Spring Lake Park; Amy Hennen, Blaine; Bill Lewis, Blaine; and Bryan Reynolds, Spring Lake Park.
