Candidate Filing Ends Tuesday, June 5, 2012, for Many Elective Offices

Two Fridley city seats are up for election this year: mayor and council member-at-large.

Corrected below. Tuesday marks the end of the filing period for anyone in Fridley who wants to run for a number of elected offices— from Fridley mayor and at-large council member to U.S. Congress.

From the City of Fridley website:

Individuals wishing to file for office must file between May 22 and 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2012. City offices up for election are Mayor and Councilmember-at-Large.
