Spend the evening at the Fridley History Museum with City of Fridley Director of Community Development Scott Hickok.
Hickok will tell the story of Fridley's amazing growth after it became a village in 1949.
You are invited to share your personal stories and memories of the period when Fridley went from a small rural farm community to the city with the highest valuation in Anoka County during the period of 1949 to 1970.
After Hickok's presentation and questions from the audience, refreshments will be served accompanied by the presentation of an interview Robert Christenson conducted with Hickok in February discussing Fridley development and the outlook for the future.
