Document: State Senate Ethics Complaint over 'Idiots' Tweet
Tweet said Goodwin called mentally ill 'imbeciles."
Here is the complaint filed Friday on behalf of Sen. Barb Goodwin (DFL-50) with the Minnesota Senate Subcommittee on Ethical Conduct. The complaint says that Sen. Gretchen Hoffman violated Senate rules Wednesday by falsely , via a Twitter message.
