WCCO: Driver, 4-year-old from Fridley SUV Rollover in Critical Condition
Driver was the only person among seven in vehicle who was strapped in, Fox 9 reports.

The driver of an SUV that rolled over Saturday on University Avenue NE in Fridley just north of I-694 is in critical condition, WCCO reported—as is her youngest passenger, a four-year-old boy:
The six passengers includes 17-year-old Marissa Paulson of Savage, 16-year-old Cache Brown of Brooklyn Park, 15-year-old Delicia Davis, 18-year-old Jonquell Allen, 47-year-old Shelly LaBarre of St. Paul and 4-year-old Omar Mohammed.

Both Teetzel and Mohammed are listed in critical condition at North Memorial.
All others were listed in serious condition.

"Teetzel was the only one wearing a seatbelt," Fox 9 reported.
The Minnesota State Patrol said there were indications the driver had alcohol in her system.
