SEE: Crime Alert Tells of Forced Residential Burglary in Fridley
The Fridley Police Department is asking for leads in the case and offering safety tips.
Someone forced their way through the front door of a house in the 1300 block of 69th Avenue NE Thursday afternoon and made off with jewelry, according to a crime alert from the Fridley Police Department Friday (see PDF).
The suspect or suspect appears to have tried to break into another house on the same block but nothing was missing there, police said.
