Mounds View police responded this morning to a bomb threat at Wynnsong 15 cinemas.
Firefighters and police responded to the theater, and have since cleared.
The bomb threat was a “vague, general threat” initially received by the Carmike corporate office, Mounds View police chief Tom Kinney said.
Kinney said Mounds View police used bomb-sniffing dogs to searched the outside and inside of the theater before it opened today as a “precautionary check."
The theater will stay open as usual, and Kinney said no one needs to change their movie-watching plans.
