Police have arrested in the at the Hi Way House Motel on County Road 10 in Spring Lake Park.
Officers from five jurisdictions and SWAT teams were involved in brief negotiations Saturdaywith Pierre Tyshuan Henderson, 19, at a residence in Benson, MN, before he surrendered, according to a statement from the Anoka County Sheriff's Office on Monday.
Anoka County Sheriff's Office detectives had information that led them to the house in the 400 block of 18th Avenue N. in Benson.

With search warrants in hand, officers from the Benson Police Department, Swift County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, Minnesota DNR and the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and the West Central Minnesota SWAT team surrounded the house.
Authorities called out two adult females and three young children who were in the house. Henderson initially refused to surrender but soon gave himself up, the statement said.

Two other suspects in the Aug. 19 shooting—one adult and one juvenile—remain at large.
