How he got his head injury remains a mystery, according to the Pioneer Press.

It has been a week since authorities appealed to the public for information on a man found injured Dec. 8, 2012 on the side of Highway 65 in Fridley. But there's no news in the case, according to a tweet Monday from St. Paul Pioneer Press reporter Sarah Horner:

Still no update on how man found along Highway 65 Dec. 8 was injured, says Anoka Co sheriff's PIO. Man remains unconscious in hospital

On Dec. 10, 2012 Fridley Police Lt. Mike Monsrud said, "We're waiting for him to get better." Later that day, the Anoka County Sheriff's Office asked the public for information about the victim, or about a vehicle and person of interest in the case.
