He's Still a Mystery: No News on Man Found Hurt Dec. 8 by Hwy. 65 in Fridley

Victim not fully conscious nearly three weeks later and the public hasn't offered any tips.

A man found badly hurt along Hwy. 65 in Fridley in the early hours of Dec. 8 remains a mystery to authorities.

Nearly three weeks since being taken to the hospital, he still has not gained full consciousness, according to Cmdr. Paul Sommer of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office.

Law enforcement agencies have they say could be connected to the case.

So far they've come up empty, Sommer said by email Friday afternoon:

There is no new information about this case. The victim has yet to fully regain consciousness and there have been no tips from the public.
