A 1997 Dodge Stratus, driven by Joselyn L. Racine, 21, of St. Paul, drifted to the right, striking the semi and its driver, according to the report. Her injuries were minor.

The Star Tribune, citing a state patrol spokesperson, reported that preliminary indications were that "momentary distraction" on Racines' part caused the crash.
