2 Dead in Mounds View Home NE of Fridley

Mounds View police found the dead bodies of a man and woman Wednesday inside a home in the 2900 block of County Rd. 10, WCCO reported.

The house is about a quarter-mile from Fridley, northeast of Spring Lake.

Relatives told police it had been several days since they had heard from the couple, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Police had to enter the house by force but did not find evidence of earlier forced entry, didn't arrest anyone and aren't looking for suspects, said the Pioneer Press, which named the owners of the house from property records.

There was no history of police calls to the address, according to KARE, which cited neighbors as saying the couple was married and did not have children.
