Goodwin Knows What is GOOD for New Brighton!

I am so honored to have the support of Senator Goodwin.  This support is essential because New Brighton must be able to work closely with it's state lawmakers.  I promise to do what is best for New Brighton, but part of properly supporting and working for New Brighton is being able to communicate with St. Paul.  I included the letter Senator Goodwin wrote in support of my candidacy for New Brighton City Council below.  I thank her deeply and ask you to support me on November 5th!

I am pleased to endorse Mary Kunesh Podein for New Brighton City Council.  She brings  an intelligent, common sense, and energetic presence to the Council.

Mary is a library media specialist with the public schools.  She has served on the New Brighton Park commission.  She also has experience running a successful, small business and budgeting to make it work.  She knows how to collaborate, cooperate and gain cooperation from others. 

Working well with federal, state and other elected officials is necessary for the success of a city.  Mary can and will do that.

Her only mission in running is to serve the residents of New Brighton and help improve this already great community she loves.

The city council race is an off-year election, so it is important for everyone to get out and vote on Tuesday, November 5 or before.  Remember, you no longer need a reason to vote absentee, making it easier to vote.  Simply contact the city or county for instructions.  Again, please support Mary Kunesh Podein.  You will be well-served.
