Fridley Public Schools to Participate in Summer Food Service Program

Fridley Public Schools will again this year participate in the USDA's Summer Food Service Program. The program provides free lunch to children ages 18 years and under.

All children age 18 years and under can get a free lunch this summer. Fridley Public School District will participate in the Summer Food Service Program this year.  Through this program, meals will be provided to all children ages 18 years and under at no charge.  Acceptance and participation requirements for the program are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.  Meals will be provided at the following sites and times (registration is not needed for the programs at Fridley High School and Fridley Middle School):  Fridley High School, 6000 West Moore Lake Drive, Fridley MN 55432Meals served 11:30 -12:15 Monday through ThursdayJune 11 – July 18, 2013 (Closed July 3 & 4) Fridley Middle School, 6100 West Moore Lake Drive, Fridley MN 55432Meals served 12:00 -12:30 Monday through ThursdayJune 11 – July 18, 2013 (Closed July 3 & 4) Meals will be provided at the following site and times (children mustbe registered for programs at these sites to participate): St. Philips Church, 6180 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley MN 55432Meals served 12:00-12:30, June 24 – June 27, 2013 Commons Park (Safety Camp), 555 61st Ave NE, Fridley MN 55432 Meals served 11:15-12:00, June 11 – June 12, 2013 Redeemer Lutheran Church, 61 Mississippi Way NE, Fridley MN 55432Meals served 12:00-12:30, June 17 – June 20, 2013 ______________________________________________________________ To file a complaint of discrimination, write USDA, Director, Office of Adjudication, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; or call toll free (866) 632-9992 (Voice).
