A Gift for All Seasons Sale and Tea

Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts will be transforming the building into a handmade market for the holidays.  Including everything from homemade soap, jewelry, candles, wreaths, textiles and artwork for the wall, BLCA will be an important stop for your holiday shopping.  Thirty artists from the local area will be participants in the holiday sale.

The sale, called A Gift for All Season, kicks off on Thursday, December 5 at 6 pm.  Shopping will be available that evening until 8:30 pm.  In addition, volunteers Joyce Nelson Shellhart and Elna Goodspeed invite the community to a formal tea that evening, which will take place at the Art Center.  Featuring English tea and tasty baked snacks, the tea allows you to spend time at BLCA with friends, family, and other art supporters.  Tea will be served from 6-8 pm and it is first come, first seated.  There is a suggested $5 donation for the tea.

The Tea takes place from 6-8 pm on Thursday, December 5.  The Gift for All Seasons sale takes place Thursday, December 5 from 6-8:30 pm, and continues through December 21.  Hours are 10 am to 4 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays; 10 am to 7 pm Thursdays and Fridays.  BLCA is also open Sunday, December 8 from 12 to 4 pm.
