Watching Fridley's Weekend Weather: Thunderstorms, Hail, Snow?

Rain almost certain, hail possible through Sunday night, when snow may also fall.

Your beautiful Saturday is likely to turn noisy and wet overnight, as a Midwestern storm system delivers thunder and rain to Fridley and across much of central and southern Minnesota.

That's according to a hazardous weather outlook from the National Weather Service, which also raises the possibility of hail overnight Saturday and snow overnight Sunday.

That's nothing compared to the tornadic activity in states further south , Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska.
