Screening Set for 'Remembering Keith' Film about Spring Lake Park Man

Keith Basinski, the Spring Lake Park resident who died in a mass shooting at Accent Signage in Minneapolis last year, is the subject of a new documentary film that will screen on March 21, 2013, according to the Southwest Journal.

Deacon Warner started work on the project shortly after the Sept. 27 shooting.

The screening at 7 p.m. at Harrison Community Center, 503 Irving Ave. N., Minneapolis, will be a community event in the neighborhoods Basinski long served as a UPS delivery driver, the Southwest Journal reported:

The eight-minute film will be followed by a reception and remembrances from neighbors, giving people the opportunity to share stories of his impact on the community.

Basinski, age 50, served the Bryn Mawr and Harrison neighborhoods for 29 years. More than 300 people attended his funeral.
