Why Go: Help spread the word about food allergies, take a walk and enjoy live music.
Price: No cost, but participants who raise donations of at least $50 qualify for a T-shirt.
SACA Empty Bowls
Where: Murzyn Hall (520 Mill St. NE, Columbia Heights)
When: Thursday, March 24 from 4:30–8 p.m.
Why Go: Support the local food-shelf fundraiser, enjoy a hot dinner that you don’t have to make, and go home with a souvenir handmade bowl.
Price: Free-will donation
