Here's what the National Weather Service says about Monday in the Twin Cities:

Monday will be cloudy, cool, and blustery. A band of rain will move across the region this morning, and a few isolated showers may redevelop later this afternoon. Afternoon highs will only manage the mid 50s to low 60s. Tonight skies will clear out and temperatures will fall into the 30s. Patchy fog is possible in low lying areas. Looking ahead, the cool weather will stick around through the upcoming work week with temperatures expected to be 5 to 10 degrees below the seasonal average for mid-September
