Dance, Democratic Delegate, 'Diaper Duty,' Death: Fridley Patch 2012 Top 20

From celebratory to somber in our countdown of the most-viewed posts this year.

Malicious punishment of a child and cruelty to a small pet animal were behind two posts among the top 20 at Fridley Patch in 2012.
