High Noon, a country and 1980s rock band, is planning its final show on Oct. 12 at the Two Stooges Sports Bar & Grill in Fridley.
The show will start at 7 p.m. and go until the bar closes for the night. Cover charge is $10 at the door and Jonah and The Whales will be the opening band.
High Noon started in 1983 and was inducted in the Midwest Rock and Country Hall of Fame in 2008.
This last performance of High Noon at the Two Stooges Bar & Grill is coming at the band's request, said Ashlee Schrofer, Two Stooges marketing and event manager. "Two Stooges in the past has hired High Noon for events (benefits, concerts) and High Noon has always enjoyed Two Stooges."
"Therefore, as High Noon ends their career they wanted to go out with a bang at Two Stooges," Schrofer added.
