Seen in Fridley: Work Underway on Sewer Lines at Site of 2012 Leak
Crews are on the scene near the Girl Scout camp where a regional (not city) sewer line ruptured.
Neighbor Jeff Thompson texted the news Monday that crews working along East River Road near the Lockslea Girl Scout camp in Fridley are replacing "all the sewer lines going across the Mississippi River" (at the site of a June 2012 sewage-pipe leak).
"With this much tree removal, I should have a Riverview house in Fridley," Thompson quipped. "I better watch out for tax increases."
