Fridley Council to Consider Study on Fire Department Shared Services

The Fridley City Council will meet tonight (Monday) to discuss a fire department shared services study. 
The Council's workshop discussion at 7 p.m. precedes its regular business meeting which is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. at Fridley City Hall, 6431 University Ave. NE. 
One of the Council's business items includes voting on a Transit Oriented Development Master Plan by Industrial Equities, LLP for land at 5601 East River Road (Ward 3).

Meanwhile,  here are some other things happening in Fridley this week: 

Monday

The Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts, 6666 East River Road, Fridley, will hold a class on clay pots and sculpture for kids ages 7 to 12 starting today. Tuition is $30 for the week per student.  Call 763-574-1850, email info@banfill-locke.org or stop into the Center to sign up.

Friday

The Fridley Community Theatre will present "Fiddler on The Roof" at 7 p.m. at the  Fridley District Auditorium; 6000 West Moore Lake Dr; Fridley. Reserved Seating - Call 763-502-5100 or order online at www.fridleycommunitytheatre.org .
