Explore the new mountain bike trail at Elm Creek on one of Three Rivers Park District’s adaptive off-road handcycles from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, June 10, at Elm Creek Park Reserve, Dayton. The new 2.2-mile adaptive trail was built specifically to accommodate these wider and more stable arm-powered bikes. Meet us at the trailhead for a free open ride. Learn about lessons, a riding club, and races our trained staff will provide with our three brand new handcycles. If you have been looking for a way to spend some time in the woods while getting great exercise, this sport is for you!

More About Elm Creek Park Reserve
Elm Creek Park Reserve, which spans 4,900 acres in Maple Grove and neighboring cities, is the largest park in the Three Rivers park system. Patrons can partake in summer activities at the swimming pond and outdoor play area in addition to hiking and biking. In the winter, check out the Winter Recreation Area for tubing, skiing, snowshoeing and more.
