What's your favorite local park? Manomin County Park, where Rice Creek meets the Mississippi River, has hiking trails (including one to Locke Lake), a large pavilion, and the historic Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts. (You can still vote for Banfill-Locke in the Partners for Preservation competition for $1 million in rehab funds.)
