Fridley resident Patrick Leong's "Occupy Locke Lake" video is the centerpiece of a KARE11 report on how waterfowl have flocked to Locke Lake since the July 16, 2011, train derailment spilled corn (and diesel fuel) there.
Leong also documented the derailment itself in innovative ways, including low-level aerial and 360-degree panoramic photography.
