State Rep. Kate Knuth (DFL-50B) gave an emotional farewell to the Minnesota House of Representatives Thursday. She decided not to seek re-election after newly drawn political boundaries put her in a district that also included another incumbent, Rep. Tom Tillberry (DFL-51B).
